Good luck Ryan i hope they win. I'm pleased we've got a home tie the last Boro were at hope in the 3rd round was in 2004 when we beat Notts County 2-0.

Hi the Following games are been broadcast live on itv 1 and setanta sports 1.Notts County's replay with Kettering Town and AFC Bournemouth's trip to Blyth Spartans will both be broadcast live on Setanta Sports 1. Each of the four clubs will receive £40,000 from The FA's Broadcast Fund.

Liverpool's Third Round Proper tie against Preston North End at Deepdale will be broadcast live on ITV1 on 3rd January 2009 and Southampton's home Third Round clash with Manchester United will be broadcast on 4th January on Setanta Sports 1. These four clubs will each receive £160,000 from The FA's Broadcast Fund.

I'm sorry, but the bigger clubs like Liverpool and Man Utd do not deserve the big money payouts, I believe one of the 3rd Round games shown live should be Gillingham v Aston Villa (when the Gills beat Stockport in a weeks time) cos we could do with the £160,000 to pay for new players or help with the millions of debt or to put towards a new stadium!

I agree the big teams don't need the £160,000 for example they could show Hartlepool v Stoke instead of Manchester united i wonder how many times they are TV most likley every round Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Last time we played at St Andrews we got beat 3-0 so i'm hoping we get Wolves, but some how i don't think we will.
